Yes, we can come out on site to your office or home. Alternatively, you can visit us at our service centre.

What is the difference between repairing from The Cyber Computer and from an authorized service centre ?

The principle difference is authorized service centres don’t repair components, they simply replace them. Eg:-if there is a problem in the motherboard, they would simply replace it, whereas with us, we would troubleshoot which IC is not working and just replace that IC. It becomes a lot cheaper and also you cannot spend every time for a new motherboard (generally Rs 10,000+) when the problem can be resolved at a lesser price.
